So Colin Powell comes out swinging on Charlie Rose's PBS show last night, laying waste to the notion that our pre-war planning was sound, that we went in with enough troops, and that Congress saw the same intelligence as the White House (although he says the outcome would have been the same). He also comes down on the side of John McCain on the torture question.
One question, Colin: If you knew our pre-war planning wasn't going to get the job done, why did you unequivocally support the war? Didn't you know how it was going to go down? If you did, did you not have a duty to let us know?
